But hold up, waiting nearly an hour at check-in was a bummer! Finally, a staffer appeared, but then we dealt with a leaky faucet and dirty sheets.

The pool was awesome, and I loved the comfortable beds and great shower pressure!

we always stay at motel 6-san simeon, ca, hearst castle area when visiting the region. it’s super clean and offers rooms with fridges and microwaves, which is perfect for families. plus, it's right across the highway from the ocean. the front desk staff is friendly and really cares about providing a good experience.

stayed for 3 nights in a queen room with two queen beds. no fridge or coffee maker in the room, but coffee is free in the lobby. beds were super comfy, and the shower had awesome water pressure. nice outdoor swimming pool, too. clean, budget-friendly with free wifi and parking. perfect for families!

i've stayed at this motel in san simeon before, and i must say it exceeded my expectations this time. the rooms were super clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. being so close to hearst castle made our trip even more enjoyable!

I had a wonderful one-night stay and loved the super clean room. It’s just a short stroll to the beach and Hearst Castle, which made my city walks so enjoyable. you can practically wander to the Friends of the Elephant Seal Gift Shop in just a couple of minutes.

Nice Place, Loud Neighbors

This was one of the nicest spots I’ve stayed at lately. The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The snack bar was a nice plus for quick bites. However, my neighbors were super loud, especially the kids next door who didn’t seem to know when to be quiet.

This was just an excellent fit for a weekend outing in San Simeon with good value. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful when I needed a new room key. Avoid using the towels as many were dirty and looked used.
